Italian CELI
SL proudly offers the CELI, By the University
of Perugia (Recognized
Italian Language Certification) for our students. The
CELI is a widely recognized exam to measure ones proficiency
in the Italian language. Sorrento Lingue Academy is an authorized
CELI test centre.
What is CELI?
The CELI (Italian Language Recognized Certification) is an
exam that assesses an individual’s level of fluency in
Italian based on the standards established by the Council of
Europe for the learning of modern languages.
Who
takes the CELI?
Anyone who plans to study at an Italian University or to teach
Italian, this certification is compulsory. Also, to work as
a translator or in any other field that may require Italian
language skills, the CELI is a highly regarded tool of a speaker’s
ability because it encompasses the four parts of language proficiency:
reading, writing, listening comprehension and speaking.
